Stain on shirt

I received my items in a timely manner however, there's a small black mark on the front of the white shirt! I thought it would come out in the wash but it did not! I don't think I can send it back after I washed it so I think I'm out of luck at this point. Not sure if anything can be done but I at least wanted to let you know. Thanks for your time

Very Disappointed!

I purchased this shirt online and it was delivered to my home. It was literally thrown into the bag without any tags, pins collar support, etc. In fact, it look used or at least like a shirt that someone either returned or tried on at the store. Only 2-3 of the buttons were attached, and not even in the correct holes. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. Ironically, there was a small piece of paper inside the bag that had the following message printed on it..... "We hope you love your order as much as we loved packing it." I returned it.

Wrong size delivered

Wrong size neck and sleeve was delivered. Sending it back. Hoping the customer service person is sending out the correct size.
