Frustrating experience trying to purchase item

I’m not able to review the item since I never actually received it. I purchased this & within 5 minutes got an email stating the order could not be completed. I thought I made a mistake, so I tried again. Same thing happened. My card was charged both times & I had to wait for the charges to be reversed. I still don’t know what the actual problem was but it was a very frustrating and annoying experience. I would think again before ordering certain items from Macy’s in the future.

Run Away

Absolute disaster of a transaction. The order was cancelled immediately, but still charged to my card twice. No one was any help in trying to resolve the issue and it was honestly one of the worst online shopping experiences of my life. Would never buy anything from Macy’s online ever again.
