Not the same item as pictured

We bought this chair based on the photos, but the chair that arrived is different than what is pictured. It's much boxier than the photos pictured and the back is short and rectangular, not square. Also the bottom cushion is really large in a way that's awkward and doesn't naturally sit in the frame (basically, it looks bad). It's not very comfortable to sit in and it also looks much cheaper than the photos. (But also the photos are a different chair)
