Macy can do better

The watch is awesome but kinda let down by Macy’s. I ordered the watch online and drove to my nearest macy’s since I needed few links removed as it was too big for my hand. The store person was scared to touch my watch even thought it was brought through Macys. I had to spend extra money on 3rd to get it done. 5/5 for watch 2/5 for inconvenience on Macys part
