Came with Drawbacks

I was looking forward to a cordless vac but this had some disappointments for me. It is a bit heavy, batteries do weigh. The dirt bin is very small for my needs. My wool rugs fill the bin with that wooly fluff so fast. Taking the pieces apart to convert to a hand vac or changing the battery is difficult, my husband helps me pull the sections apart. Run time is short if max power is used so I only run it on low on the rugs (there is a good video on the internet about Miele triflex vacs). I have not sorted out all the mounting pieces in the box, not likely to use them. I do love the cordless aspect, maintaing the vac is a lot of work in my view.
