Does not really match swirl white place settings

The platter is a nice size and very attractive. However it is not really the same finish and color as the dishes. I received 12 place settings in swirl white for Christmas and ordered the serving pieces to go with them. The dishes are white, but the serving pieces are more of a bone. Also, the dishes have a glossy finish and the serving pieces have a matte finish on the outside. They are OK, but I would have much preferred to have the serving pieces more closely match the dishes.

beautiful everyday dinnerware!

We registered for the entire set and are very pleased so far! We started out being very gentile with it, as it seems delicate at first, but are now treating it like regular dinnerware and it cleans up so beautifully! It's just different enough that it stands out a bit; but also very simple so I can mix & match fun accessories (i.e. napkins, serving bowls, candles, place mats) with it to emphasize the occasion at hand. Highly recommend!
