Inferior Product

This piece of furniture was poorly made to the point that the drawers would not fit. And just to be clear, we had it put together by a professional furniture assembler. I would highly recommend you do not purchase this. We paid to have it assembled, and then paid to have it disassembled. I am thoroughly disappointed with Macy's for even offering such an inferior product.

Minimalist Wave Sideboard

Do not purchase unassembled furniture from Macys. They give you no customer support at all. We hired a professional furniture assembler to put this piece together, and he said it was poorly made. The holes for hinges did not line up properly. The part of the unit between the doors and the drawers was made at a slant, meaning the drawer would not even fit in the space. Now Macy's wants us to disassemble it and ship it back, meaning we are paying the assembler even more. I will never ever purchase furniture from Macy's again. They have basically said "you are on your own since this product really isn't from Macys." But guess who will be billing me for it? Macys. What a scam! And it gets one star because zero stars isn't possible.
