Sweater

The color was not as the picture showed. Online it looked more white. When I received it it was more of a beige/ yellow. Great quality but disappointed in the color.

Never Delivered

This is becoming a everyday occurrence. Items are shown delivered but never were received. Macy's need to improve their delivery procedures. Are you outsourcing or is this an in-house delivery service? Improvement is warranted either way.
