Problem Chair Replaced!

The chairs are exactly as pictured online - very good looking with a contemporary feel. The ordering process was straightforward, and the chair arrived safely and securely in a well-designed, large box that was manageable. The assembly instructions were easy to follow; the hardware was in small plastic bags with a printed number that identified the part. Until this point, perfect. But one chair was tough to assemble, with the parts not fitting together as shown in the directions. I tried everything I could to fit the parts, but they became seized, immovable, and not fitting correctly. I notified Macy's, took photos as requested, and received a replacement chair in two days. The best customer service I have ever experienced! I will highly recommend Macy's and its products to friends and family.
