Big mistake

It requires bolting together and one bolt was exceptionally hard to get in correctly. The inside of the seat frame has sunk dramatically and the cushion cannot be flipped and is half flat. Worst purchase ever from Macy’s. Wanted to return it but I had no way to get it back to the store. Sad waste of money.
