Terrible experience. My order was shipped in two separate boxes. The first was small, and when it was marked as “delivered,” I thought, there’s no way a couch fits in here. Three days later—at 10pm—a 100 lb box was dropped on my doorstep with no notice, even though I had already initiated a return. When I called to have it picked up, it took an entire week for Macy’s to send a shipping label, even though they promised it within 48 hours. I finally gave up and scheduled a same-day pickup directly through UPS myself. I will never buy furniture from Macy’s again. HORRIBLE experience.
