Very cheap quality

The images of this couch online are so nice and fluffy. In reality the sofa is extremely fragile and putting the pieces together was easy but the materials felt like cardboard. I feel like one wrong move or bounce on the couch will make it fall apart. It’s very low to the ground and the cushions were vacuum sealed for who knows how long and refuse to fluff up as shown in the pictures online. Overall really disappointed that this is what Macy’s quality has come to.
