Good looking chair, difficult assembly

Good looking chair. However, it was very difficult install the arms. The entry for the screws is off center, therefore making this at least a two person job. It shouldn't be this difficult to install. I believe the product wasn't checked properly before leaving the facility. When trying to get the arms lined up with the holes, the leather ripped.
