Very comfortable
The chair arrived very well packaged with no damage; at first, I couldn't find the instructions on how it went together. By accident I found the white booklet "hiding" at the bottom of a white box containing the remotes! The chair is very comfortable and works as promised in getting me upright with very little effort. The vibrating feature is not very effective -- very light vibration; grandkids will enjoy it. Overall, I am pleased with the chair.

Good chair - ideal for smaller statures
Nice look and feel. Pretty straightforward assembly. Love the way it lifts me to an almost standing position! Wish it was a little wider and longer though. I’m 5’10” and 250 lbs and it’s just on the border of being too small for me.

Great chair
Purchased for my mother in law just out of rehab and she is loving it so far! And it isn't too large or cumbersome for her living room either

Dont Waste Your Time
Ordered on 11/22. Received partial delivery on 12/23. Order status shows delivered online. Contacted Macy’s on 12/23, I explained this is a medically needed purchase for my elderly mother, was told I will need to return as remaining parts were unavailable. Opted to schedule a UPS pickup after the holidays. Contacted Macys again on 1/3 with the hopes of getting the missing parts. My options, package and return the parts received to a UPS, this is after I explained the closest one is an hour away. Requested a compensation towards another purchase. Misha at Macys cust svcs ASSURED me the 25% voucher she emailed WILL apply to another purchase with the same original purchase price. Called back to repurchase the same chair in a different color was told the 25% voucher is only applicable on vendor approval and only to the current price which is now $200 higher. I must first purchase the chair for an additional $200 and will hear back regarding vendor approval in 5 days. Don’t waste your time.
