I have always been a

I have always been a charcoal griller, this was my first propane grill and I will say everything cooked fast and beautifully. The taste was great and was absolutely user friendly. In contrast, I will say that the cleanup is absolutely horrendous. It definitely takes a large amount of time to clean up.

I love the grill. It

I love the grill. It is easy to use and control the heat. Assembly is easy and instructions are easy to follow. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a grill that has a lot of cooking space. We did our thanksgiving turkey breast with the rotisserie attachment, and it came out perfect. My only caution and or concern is when closing the propane gas valve after cooking. There are only a few inches between the valve and drip pan. Just have to use the slide feature for the gas tank when shutting the valve.

Monument 605 Pro

Overall an excellent grill so far, with nice features…. The lighted flame controls are very nice, however I’m wondering how they will hold up to weather. Time will tell. The same holds true for the temperature box electronics, meat probe, etc…. Now I expected the entire grill to be stainless steel, although the sides and bottom were simply painted steel…. Installation was rather simple per instructions and a YouTube video that’s available. All the screws, bolts, etc came in a labeled compartment separated container, clearly labeled. In most cases when building products purchased, all parts come in one bag, which makes the buyer/builder to separate which can be rather time consuming….

Do your research first

I bought the Denali 605 pro to replace a 18 year old Jenn Air grill still working fine. I do like the features of the grill but the stainless steel is so thin and dents very easily. This grill will get real hot and it’s almost impossible the run at low temperatures unless you indirect cook. On my Jenn Air grill I had the reverse problem, on that grill I added an adjustable regulator and that worked just fine. I was then able to grill at High or low temperatures. I might have been better of buying the Eminence 605 but local couldn’t fine to compare, I when off reviews of the Denali 605 pro.

Great value

Great grill for the price. Assembly took a couple of hours. Once you get everything unpacked it goes together pretty quick. Instructions were accurate and precise.

Directions and Cooking

The directions, along with the Monument video made it an easy build. Once we were up and running, our first few cookouts were spot on: temperature, searing, and remote monitoring all functioned as represented. Would do it all over again.
