Moldy

Futon arrived with large holes in the box and the futon was covered in surface mold. Not happy about this

Not good for sleeping

Looks nice and works fine for sitting on ONLY, but the jutting hinge placement on top center makes it impossible to sleep on comfortably. Might work for small children who can fit on just the seat side or just the backrest side and can avoid the hinges.

Horrible!!! Didn’t even last a month!!!!

This product is horrible. I only had it for one month and the whole front of the couch collapsed. I’m only 180 pounds. This should not have happened. And when I tried to contact someone at Macy’s, I could not get a hold of anyone for the longest time. When I finally did get a hold of someone, they told me there was nothing they could do. Horrible experience overall. I will not buy furniture again from Macy’s ever!!!!

Not what it ssid

Looks good, but is definitely not a queen and is very uncomfortable to sleep on. Camel is a great color; too bad nothing else works for me.

At last

Purchased this futon and finally assembled it (2 months later). At last, I have found the perfect pc of furniture that is contemporary stylish and provides ultra comfort. Completely satisfied highly recommend

delivered damaged

Not happy with this item. Came damaged.. after we opened the box I noticed one of the legs were bent. The lining underneath was torn- the legs, screws and bag of instructions were stuffed in between the couch and ripped the lining. This was purchased for spare room for grandkids.

Great Buy, Great Price

The Morlyn futon is sturdy and looks great on my wood floors. The couch has a small knick in the leather, this might be a result of damage during shipping or moving it into my apartment. Other than this small flaw I really love the futon.
