Offer other chain lengths?

Very pretty and just what I was looking for. However, I wish more chain lengths were offered, as 18 inch is just too short for me. Also, the clasp is very tiny and difficult to hook. I would have had to purchase another chain. I decided to just return it (sadly).

Had to return

Had to return. Necklace was received with two large knots that couldn’t be untangled and the clasp was broken. Too bad, because charm is very pretty but the necklace is extremely cheap.
