Defective Screen

I placed the order on a Saturday and received it the following Wednesday. The watch remained unopened for 10 days as this was an anniversary gift. When we finally opened it, the watch charged quickly however the face/screen had glitches. The watch face appeared momentarily and then disappeared. The watch face would flash off and on repeatedly and the touch screen was unresponsive. I noticed the Movado branding on the clasp looked worn. Needless to say I was very disappointed. I was even more irritated that I had to make a trip to Macys in order to figure out what could be done about this defective watch. My trip to Macys only added to my irritation. I know staffing is low but I waited 25min for the associate in fine jewelry to even acknowledge me. Yes, the associate was helping an older customer that didn't seem to know what she wanted but at least acknowledge me and say I'll be with you momentarily. Finally I was a to exchange the watch. Hopefully this one isn't defective.
