Very disappointed with your merchandise.

I just received my Swiss Automatic 1881 Movado, and to my disappointment, it doesn't work. When I first opened the box, the watch was not working. The calendar day of the month was wrong. I corrected the day and it started to work. I set the time and put it on and after a few hours, it stopped. Works for a few hours and then it stops. Wondering if it's a fake Movado.
