Dead on arrival

It came with the battery dead i sent it back and ordered a new one and the battery was dead in the second one also. I bought the warranty and sent it to have the battery fixed. I have a brand new watch the had to go to the shop and i ha ent been able to wear it yet because it is still in the shop
