Received a used product

I'm giving this a three-star rating as an average of my considerations. I love the watch, the face color, and the band. Be aware that the diameter is a bit larger than usual for a woman's watch. I bought this for the Movado quality and style and love it. However, I obviously received an item that had been returned previously. The box was taped shut and it appears no one inspected it prior to reshipping. The watch was upside down and lopsided on the supporting pillow. Most of the protective plastic had been peeled off of the buckle and simply left that way. Also, the film on the watch glass was half off. So, I'm going to see if it has any other issues before possibly exchanging it for a NEW one from the factory.
