defective watch

I really like the design, and the fit is perfect, I bought two pairs, but I returned both. The first one I returned doesn’t work right, the clock is slow. so I returned it and reordered other one, the second one I ordered clearly has been used. It did not specify that so I was expecting a new one. The leather strap is cracked and scratched, and so is the clock itself.
