UNSATISFACTORY CUSTOMER SERVICE ON CREDIT REFUND

This watch was returned and received on 10/10/23 because the watch band did not fit my wrist. I have made SEVERAL inquiries to Macy's customer service on receiving my refund in the amount of $481.95. I was told each time that the return was "in process" and that it would take "10 days to be completed" and that I would receive a confirmation email, I have NOT received my credit refund to date from Macy's . Very unsatisfactory customer service and it now appears that I am out $481.95.

A very fine timepiece - clean, elegant lines

A classic timepiece. I lost my previous Movado Museum Classic watch, so wanted to replace it. This one - 28mm - is a bit larger than the one I lost, but it's not too big. I love the clean look of it and use it as my daily watch. Hopefully, I won't lose this one...but if I do, I'll replace it with another Movado Museum Classic watch!
