damaged snowman

I wanted to love this, purchased as a gift, it arrived absolutely broken to pieces, it was not packaged well at all, loose with other items in a big box, no protection for shipping. Really wanted to love this item but it is destroyed. I would not suggest for shipping only if you can make it to the store to purchase and see in person would I suggest this.
