Wrong jacket sent

i ordered a classic navy blazer and macys sent me a plaid casual jacket with no tag on it and no return label so i had to go to macys store to return it for credit. What’s happened to good customer service?

My New Blazer sport jacket

What a pleasant surprise to discover the Blazer I’ve been searching for ….. the last 8 months was available just across town, and on Sale for way lower price then many competitive Dept. Stores or shops. Macy’s has become my first choice to look for updating my wardrobe or gifts for my wife and daughters.
