I love it! My only complaint and the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that even though it’s turned to the on position, it doesn’t continue cycling through the songs unless you turn it off and back on after the first cycle. I feel that if it’s in there on position there should be a motion sensory option, a button on the front to push to make it go again or a continuously play option outfielder it’s actually off even though the switch is on.

I am so disappointed in this purchase. I wanted it for so long. The outside looks great and its a great concept. The problem is that the moving characters are so low quality. They look like they are from the dollar store. Also the movement of the figures is rather jerky, not smooth at all. Given the high price of this item, I expected more.

I bought this for my daughter, son in law and Granddaughter (who’s 3years old). I wanted them to have a family Christmas gift from me. Something special that they could bring out every year for the Christmas holidays. They loved it! This is a beautifully made music box with three enchanting scenes from the Nutcracker ballet. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!

Product is decent not like the former ones, characters are painted plastic lacking intricate details and stickers are used instead of painting of scenes.

I wanted this piece for a long time and I was able to get it on sale after Christmas. The outside is great and the idea is adorable but the execution was cheaply done. The figurines look like they came from the dollar store and they do not move smoothly. The movements are quite jerky. I am disappointed in the piece even at the reduced price. I would not buy this again.

Figurines no longer turn
I bought this beautiful music Nutcracker carousel for my daughter. Please advise how to fix the figurines that no longer turn. The doors open and close and the scenes change; however the figurines no longer turn. Do you have instructions how to fix this please? I tried to upload a photo but the link to attach doesn't work.
