Haven't received item yet

I would love to review this item but I haven't received it yet. A shipping label was created in September 29, it's now October 7 and the item still shows as not dropped off by the sender. The item looks really cute and I can't wait to get it, hopefully it ships soon. When the order was placed it said it would arrive in 3-6 days.
