Not Big Boys

Order size 7 Big Boys on the Cyber Monday deal. Was sent size 7 little boys. Macy's refused to send correct size or honor the deal on a new order because they use a 'third party vendor'. Macy's used the vendor, not me, so why am I punished. I ordered the correct size according to Macy's web site, I was sent the incorrect item and now fighting to even get the return shipping covered by Macys. I understand mistakes happen, but this is a mistake and terrible customer recovery. I will be second guessing future purchases with them.

Deedee, we LOVE our MuckLucks

I bought two pairs for my 4 year old twin grandsons! They wear them to play, to Pre-K and everywhere in between. They say that they are comfy like slippers and take them on and off with ease!!
