Disappointed

After my order showed processing for nearly 10 days I reached out and amazingly, the answer I received was my order shipped that day. What they didn’t tell me is that it was only 1 of my 2 Christmas gifts I had ordered. I reached out 3 times between the link in the Macys app and directly to Muk Luk before being told they’ll process a refund because they are out of the item I had ordered. Honestly, I don’t know if this issue is on the Macy’s app or on Muk Luk, but I will be hesitant to order from either in the future.

Warm and cozy!

We are absolutely in love with these! We had the longer socks, but typically would fold the tops down. We saw these in a store, and went for it. When the store didn't have the larger size in stock, we came to this website.
