I received a pair for Christmas 2025 and wear the slippers around the house. Maybe 4-5 hours per day for the last three weeks. They are comfortable but there are two issues; one minor and one major. minor - the laces dont stay tied. major - after three weeks of wear the stitching all along the left slipper is coming undone and are almost unwearable,

Runs small.
Very nice quality but they run small. Had to size up from a 9 to a 10 for my husband.
Size & Return ability
Like the look of the shoe but the fit was way too fight. I tried to return the shoes at the store but since they are from a 3rd party vendor I had to go on line first, so I went back home. On-line it said the I could return the shoes at the store with their email confirmation & the store would ship it back. I printed the email & went back to the store. I was told that the website was wrong, the store cannot take the shoes. I need to request a shipping label and take the item to a UPS store. Why didn’t the website state that based on my area code? What a hassle.

My Husband and Son love 💕 Them good soles great for around the house or walking to Our mail box. They say that their feel great on the feet They seem to be a good house slippers

Run very small
I wear a 6-6.5 but in slippers and flip flops I always go up to 7. I ordered the 7 in these and my toes are pushing up against them. The lining is very soft and they are warm, but not much padding.

I ordered these house sippers for my son on Nov. 30,2025 and here it is December 12th and I still don’t have them. They started out in San Francisco, CA. then Washington DC with the next stop in Arkansas. I live in Nashville TN and they have gone past me twice. Hope I get them by Christmas.

Called and spoke with customer service, item was never received. Currently, no credit given! I cannot believe this, I shouldn't have to call again. Would have given a zero but not an option.
