Stitching falling apart after 3 weeks wearing

I received a pair for Christmas 2025 and wear the slippers around the house. Maybe 4-5 hours per day for the last three weeks. They are comfortable but there are two issues; one minor and one major. minor - the laces dont stay tied. major - after three weeks of wear the stitching all along the left slipper is coming undone and are almost unwearable,

Runs quite small

The width is fine but the length is quite short; will have to return them unfortunately. Not sure how to do that; didn't get a receipt with them,

muk luk slippers

love them, this pair he kept to join the others in his closet. He has three pair now and wears them everywhere. luckily the way people dress these days is so casual that it never gets blatantly noticed that those aren't loafers

Hard to find right fit Macy's 5star!!

My husband has wide big feet. Finding slippers that fit is difficult but Macy's always comes thru. My Go To for hobbies Christmas Slippers!!

Shop around! Great slippers.

Great slippers. But Macys wouldn’t offer a price match nor cancel the order. Found WAY better deal elsewhere so they went back.
