A bit large

They're comfy and sturdy but they stick out about an inch at the back. I got a large which is size 9-10. My shoe size is 9.

Delivered to wrong house. I never received

Customer service told me to contact seller. I did. Twice. Never heard back. I’m being charged fur items not delivered to me.
