Reading chair

It’s a nice chair. I got this to replace a lesser one that was falling apart after 10 years of use. The leather-ish upholstery is noisy when moving in the chair. Otherwise, it’s roomy and fits the bill for a reading chair in the corner of my bedroom.

Poor quality

Very hard to assemble then a screw doesn’t work under arm rest as the hole is not taking thread. It doesn’t rock, sits very low & not comfortable at all. I don’t recommend. Sending it back & will cost me so not happy at all with this purchase.

Defective product. Flawed design. Armrests cannot attach to frame due to design. Sold by a third party vendor, not by Macy's, so no clear return process, dependent on the seller.

Perfect comfort!!

This chair has become our families FAVORITE chair. It swivels, reclines, can alter for different peoples height with footrest & is a good quality! We love the fit for our basement and are so happy we were able to receive this product!

Super comfy

This came in perfect timing for my breast surgery I was not able to sleep on my own bed since I have 4 kids. I was very scared one of them was gonna jump on me or something. I asked the hubby to set this baby up and I was able to sit and sleep there as well, I was not able to get a good picture of it since surgery but I’m in alive with it! 5/5 go get it

So comfy

I am not one who tends to get leather furniture but this is so soft and so comfy. The assembly was easy enough took me about an hour to complete. The only gripe I had was the hardware wasn’t in a bag/labeled. It was kind of a guessing game with a couple screws based on the length and quantity so it would have been easier to have them labeled. Also the washers were stuck under the flaps of the box so I thought I was missing them until I opened the box on both ends. So far we’ve used this chair daily and love it. Cleans up easy with a paper towel which is a HUGE plus with toddlers around.
