Dangerous - Wood lamination failed in 2 years

I purchased this recliner and ottoman on Oct 2, 2019. it was truly the most comfortable chair I have ever used. In January 2022 the lamination failed on the chair with glues separating on both sides of the chair supports within a week of each other. One side then cracked across the exterior piece of laminated wood setting up dangerous splinters of wood. This chair is rated commercial and meant to handle 250 lb. weight. . I weigh 185 and am a very careful senior. No abuse given to this chair so I can only presume this was a manufacturing flaw. I hope replacement supports can be supplied as this chair is now useless without a set of new laminated supports. I'd like to get it repaired. It could have received 5 stars but for this problem. Comfortable but no longer safe.
