Myriem 87 in. Fabric Sofa from Macys

We love our Myriem 87 in. Fabric Sofa from Macys. Color is Tobacco and the fabric is very nice. Feel is firm now, but will soften up with wear. Good quality. The Delivery took approx. 1 month from the day we ordered it, ok with us. Macys white glove delivery was well worth it. 2 men delivered the sofa, removing it from the carton outside our home, leaving it covered in plastic until in the room where we placed the sofa. Feet were installed, and it was done, professional, and very quick. Very satisfied.

new couch and chair

After years of shopping around and after finally getting a new floor I saw the Myiam couch and chair around the winter holidays at a Macy's furniture store in Ft Lauderdale. Was less expensive but seemed like it would fit it. Not until a coup0le months ago did I meet my friend at the New Macy's furniture e=section at the Galleria Mall in Sunrise FL. She helped me decide to get it and I did and a few days later it was delivered and put together and looks great and really needed it. Good for my siesta and just sitting. Whether I will waqnt to replace it is hard to say. So far nice and comfortable and looks terrific with my new brown flooring.

Love it.. but why so much noise?

I truly love the sofa. It is very comfortable good for my back; however: why is there so much noise coming from it when you sit on it after only a month and a half. This has been going on for a month now. Every time I call Macy’s, I cannot get through. They keep rerouting my call. I don’t think this is fair that I can’t get help with this item I’ve been trying for. It’s been almost 90 days now this started a month ago. I hope someone from Macy’s read this and reaches out to me. And more so I did not get points for the purchase.

I love my new sofa, its exactly what I was looking for! Macy's furniture was on top of everything, from taking the order to the delivery. I went to several stores here in the santaclarita Valley and everything was ugly and expensive. This sofa is not only beautiful it is so comfy. I was very impressed with the fact that Macy's kept contact with me through the whole process and I got my delivery in two days! I would highly recommend them to anyone and I definitely order from them again. P

Love this couch!

We are all tall in my family, this is the first couch that I don't feel like I'm sitting on the ground. I love the color also.
