Great, with caveats

Great tree with a few small caveats! On delivery, one strand of lights was not working and it took an hour on a ladder to find both bulbs requiring replacement. Second, it took 4-5 hours to fluff the tree to get it to look right. Lastly, the density of branches and needles is inconsistent over the height of the tree. The top and bottom are dense and full, but the middle portion of the tree is more sparse, you can easily see through to the cords and trunk of the tree.

Skimpy tree

This actual tree looks nothing like the pictures. You can literally see the base and wires inside. The tree looks extremely fake. We immediately boxed it up for return. I regret not taking pictures when it was in our home.

Defective product...

Tree is beautiful however when received it was defective. Bottom section did not light. While looking for a loose bulb I was shocked by exposed wires..Terrible pain...My husband fixed it and we called you to get some sort of credit, but never got a response to our request. Not very happy..thought your company was more responsible for your products..
