Very happy owner.

I love this tree. The shape, the color, everything about it is perfect. As with any tree there is the time consuming need to move the branches just right. So worth the effort.

Nice but could be better

There are a lot of instructions about how to fluff and while we will work on it, this tree is far too expensive to have so many gaps. In particular, there are some major gaps between the third and fourth attachments. Otherwise, it is a beautiful tree and we are so glad to have gotten it on sale, as we can justify having it for a few years and then purchasing another. It does feel real at the edges, is very sturdy, and is grand. The middle is filler branches with less of a real look, but it doesn't compromise the tree. The ready lights are amazing and I assume that it will be relatively easy to break apart. So flaws, but ones that may work out.

Pretty tree with a lot of lights!

I love this tree! It's pretty realistic for a fir tree, though not as full as the photos depict. But it has the perfect amount of lights and is very sturdy. I wouldn't have bought it at full price, but the sale price was too good to pass up. Overall, my family and I really love it!

Absolute Shock & Disappointment

The tree arrived well packaged and quickly. However, the photograph on Macy’s does not come close to what was delivered. The branches were puny and sparse. It looked and felt so very “fake.” Even with the obligatory “fluff”, I was left feeling like it could only have belonged in the fictional Cratchit home. The return process was painful. Clearly written was the option to return in-store-yet various clerks refused to accept it at my local Macy’s. It took the intervention of a fast thinking family member to finally have the clerk accept it. This single purchase has made me reconsider my loyalty to my gold status relationship with Macy’s
