You get what you pay for

I love the changing LED aspect of this tree. The button press is fantastic. Putting the tree together is super easy and convenient. My biggest issue with the tree is that is isn’t super full. Even with extensive fluffing and ornaments, you can see through the tree. It definitely is not a real feel and also feels pretty cheap. From far away it looks okay with the exception of the holes in the tree. I had a real feel from this company years ago and would do that again instead of this tree.

Poor quality

We got the tree after Christmas 2022 so I couldn’t return, but the Christmas tree is not full. It’s horrible quality just big spaces between Waste of $300.

Not sure

I did a cursory set up, to make sure the box was complete and lights worked, as it was purchased after Xmas for next year. Maybe once it is fully unfurled it will look as full as it does in the photos but more than a little dubious.

Disappointed

The tree is not very full. You can see the stem of tree even when decorated. I was very disappointed. I returned to Macy’s. Still have yet to be credited.
