never received

I was notified 3 different days tree was going to be delivered, finally I was told by Macy's it had been delivered to my house. It was not. I had to research myself to find out it had been returned to manufacturer. I called Macy's and told them. I wasn't offered an exchange and still waiting for a refund almost a month later. Poor customer service.

Lights don’t work

The tree is really nice except a string of lights on the bottom don’t work. When I contacted National Tree they said I would have to return the entire tree at Macys. Not a great experience. I will have to replace the string myself which is ridiculous for such an expensive tree.
