Horrible Experience

I was really looking forward to this Christmas tree. My friend recommended the brand and although a bit pricey I decided to go for it. The tree came and had a huge gap/hole in it. Upon closer examination, about 2 of the branches are weighted down and are not staying upwards no matter how I tried. Also the tree is slightly twisted which may not be that big of a deal but to pay $1300 for a tree and be presented with this is absolutely disgusting. I called customer service and the support was horrible. The only reason why I have not sent this back as yet is because I had to pay someone to put it up and my husband was not around to take it down. I am returning this tree this week. I wouldn’t recommend.

This product is a nice tree, but every other seller has the identical item listed for less than half this price.

Not bad

Altgough a little expensive, this is a nice tree and was packaged well and very easy to assemble. We spent about half an hour fluffing it and getting everything in place. The lights are pretty nice. Being able to switch between colored and white is a good option and the ability to have it twinkle, pulse and cycle between colored/white is nice. I feel like it could be a LITTLE more full for the price but I'm not disappointed, it's a good tree.
