No white lights like the photo...
We were excited, thinking we would have various colors in addition to normal white, like in the online photo. Very deceiving of this company...only has colors and not traditional white light....will not order from this company again, and will not recommend to anyone.

Terrible lights
I regret buying this tree. The lights are really cheesy and the white light option is very yellow/orange. Do not recommend. For this price I was expecting much more

Not as Sturdy
Tree trunk was much slimmer than our old tree which makes the tree wobble more and not as sturdy.

Doesn’t have all the options advertised
The warm white is greenish in color and I wanted warm white. The tree was advertised as having multi colored lights which does not work. The tree did not come with directions for the remote. Very dissatisfied with lights. Loved the tree itself but unhappy with the lights

Do Not Buy
I have 2 prior trees from Nat. Tree Co and they are very nice and still in great shape, HOWEVER, this tree does not match up. The quality is poor , extremely difficult to almost impossible to assemble/ dis- assemble and the LED light quality is horrible / defective. Unfortunately I feel the once high quality of Nat Tree Co products has been replaced with cheap junk.

Tree review... Not up to standards...
We are so disappointed as we have not bought a new tree in over 10 years... This is probably the nicest tree we have ever purchased... Other than the fact that once we got it set up which did take a while many lights are out and when they do pop on, they are different colors... If purple or blue is on, we have one strip of red... Just an example... So upset about this and I don’t know that there is a way to send it back is it is already is fluffed etc.

At least one strand on each section of the tree doesn't work.
We bought this tree last year on Dec. 24 hoping for Xmas 2025. [9 ft. Pre-Lit Aberdeen Blue Spruce Tree with Light Parade LED Lights × 1]We took it out of the box tonight. At least one strand on each section of the tree doesn't work. We tried everything apart from checking every single bulb on each strand, which seemed like a ridiculous task. Additionally, the tree is marketed and shown as multi-color, but there is no option to display multi colors at the same time, only all red, all green, all blue, or some flashing combinations. The tree itself is nice and easy to fluff out. Our solution: we're cutting the lights off and keeping the tree. Skip pre-light trees from this seller. Or try the competition.
