Pretty but runs small

This pump is pretty but it runs small. I wear a size 10 and a bigger size was not available. So, it was returned.

Fabulous shoe

Love Love this shoe I have it in black and you can dress it up or dress it down, very comfortable true to size would recommended. Happy to see that it comes in another color.

please, Please, PLEASE make these in a wide width! I'd buy them in every color if you did. You are excluding thousands of woman, maybe millions of potential customers who like classy, classic and comfortable shoes. It's insulting to have a few practical pairs. We want beautiful shoes as well! Thank you!

Great shoe for small, thin feet.

Please, please, please bring out the Betty in full leather options! Would buy navy, nude, black, brown in a hot minute. This is the best everyday shoe I’ve ever had, it’s super comfortable and super stylish, but the suede degraded so fast.

Great shoe but it runs small

Great shoe however it runs very small. I am a size 9 and had to order a size 10 for a good fit. Also tried the size 9.5 which was also too small.

Way too narrow

I really wanted to love these shoes. They look much better on than in the picture. But the footbed, across the width of the foot and in the toe box, is way too narrow. I have a standard slim foot, not wide at all and these are, very unfortunately, going back. The shoes would have been nicer in either all suede or all leather. Not sure what the idea was behind the combination. I was also disappointed that the sock lining was not leather.

Nice, hard to keep clean, narrow

I bought this 2 months ago, anf the are so pretty and sophisticated. They look pretty elegant. However the combination of suede/leather don't work pretty well. Suede can get dirty pretty easy. On the other hand thay are kind of narrow and they are not comfortable as this brand usually is
