Cheap craftsmanship
strap broke before I even got to wear it. I put these on and two steps in the heel strap broke off. It's unfortunate because the shoes look nice and they felt comfortable.

Ankle strap not long enough
I had to return these shoes because the ankle strap was too short. The shoes are very pretty and otherwise fit well. I ordered a 7 1/2 Wide shoe because I am a 7 1/2 C shoe size. If you are wider than a C I would get Extra Wide. The inside measurement of the strap from the longest hole to the buckle base is 9 1/4 inches using a tape measure. That sounds like a lot but if you look at the back heel view, the back heel is fairly high.

Terrible
These shoes are horrible don’t buy them, of course I ordered a pair that I cannot get refunded, but the strap across the toes is so tight that it’s impossible to wear, never would have thought that these shoes would be so uncomfortable awful awful do not order them

Extra wide shoe was Not even close to wide enough.

Stylish but Started Peeling
I bought the Taupe Faux Leather shoes. They were beautiful and fit well, but after a while they started peeling. Even though everything else is still in good condition, they’re no longer wearable.
Just right!

Gorgeous and SO comfortable!
I purchased these in a 6W, broke them in around my house for about a week, and then wore them for a wedding I was in. They were on my feet from 2pm until after midnight and I was never uncomfortable! All the other girls were complaining about how much their feet hurt and I just kept saying “you’ve got to get Naturalizers next time!” I loved them so much that I bought several other pairs during a clearance event. The only negative- the buckle around my right ankle did rub the skin off. It could have just needed an adjustment but I didn’t realize until late in the evening.
