Heel tilted

Lovely Shoes!!!! Unfortunately one heel came out tilted, send them back and request for another pair. Naturallizer send me a pair within the same day, I was so sand that the design is like that. This could be a safety issue while walking.

One star shoes.

The shoes were beautiful but they were not what picture showed on macy site. I must was sent by macy someonelse return shoes. The shoes were in a exlarge black box with no stuffing to keep the shoes inplace. One shoes had torned insert paper inside the shoe that was taped up. Why I gave the shoes an One Star because the bows on the shoes were completely flaten and hanging over the shoes. The picture on macy site shows the bows sitting up and pretty. I brought the shoes to wear along with a wedding outfit.
