    • Measurements based on size 6 boot. For each half size larger, shaft height increases by .12 inches, circumference by .20 inches. If smaller than size 6, subtract accordingly.

Defective - Clicking Sound

I loved the boot and Cafe color but on my first day of wearing, I noticed the right boot is clicking. Now, if I want to see if I can return them as defective, I have to send them back on my own dime and their site indicates "We cannot guarantee refund amounts, as the warehouse makes the final determination for returns." So it sounds like either I won't be refunded my full amount paid or at all.
