The item I received is a used and returned one. I am not happy about that. I don't know why you would take the time, effort and cost to ship something that is not a new item and in deporable condition.

Disappointed

Shipping promised to arrive by 7/12, and even though shipping on other shoe order the same day was free, this one was expensive, and I paid MORE to get it here on time! My fitting is today and now the tracking says they’ll arrive tomorrow! Not a nice way to treat a customer.

Where has all the quality gone??!

The shoe feels like it was made from petrified plastic, hard as a rock!! I suppose these could be worn if you have concrete feet, otherwise, don’t bother, it will tear your skin to shreds.

Super Cute Everyday Bopping About Shoe!

So cute, and the quality of the material seems on par with the brand. Love the chunky heel. My only problem is that the toe box is a little tight for my feet (size 5.5), so I'm going to have to try to manually stretch the toes out.
