These shoes are terribly made. The material the shoes are made out of looks like plastic and it arrived with more than a few crinkles in the material. There is also a very prominent black line on the side of the shoe where you can see where the material was wrapped and where it ends. Very disappointed that these shoes would pass any quality control inspection.

Best pumps

These are my third pair. I have worn these pumps for years and replace them when needed with the same pair. These shoes can be worn straight out of the box without the need to break them in. I can wear these shoes 10 hour days without issue. Highly recommend

Nice shoes, heel height higher than 2.1/4”

Ordered these shoes: material too shines: website said 2.1/4”: higher than that; heels are to high as well: not allowed to return or exchange.. disappointed

NOT true to size!

Love the look and comfort but unfortunately its too big for me. I even tried the same size and width in store before ordering online just to be sure. Oh well!

Comfortable, dependable, runs large

Bought this in black leather, it's a good standard black pump. Very comfortable as I have come to expect from any Naturalizer shoe. Echoing some other reviews that this shoe runs large. I'm typically a 7.5W and had to size down to 7W.

Wide isnt wide!

This is a very pretty pump but not for me. I ordered 9 wide but it was tight in the toe box. Also, the heel too high to be comfortable.
