Nice shoes, heel height higher than 2.1/4”

Ordered these shoes: material too shines: website said 2.1/4”: higher than that; heels are to high as well: not allowed to return or exchange.. disappointed

NOT true to size!

Love the look and comfort but unfortunately its too big for me. I even tried the same size and width in store before ordering online just to be sure. Oh well!

Comfortable, dependable, runs large

Bought this in black leather, it's a good standard black pump. Very comfortable as I have come to expect from any Naturalizer shoe. Echoing some other reviews that this shoe runs large. I'm typically a 7.5W and had to size down to 7W.

Wide isnt wide!

This is a very pretty pump but not for me. I ordered 9 wide but it was tight in the toe box. Also, the heel too high to be comfortable.

Horrible fit for those with extra wide feet

I purchased the extra wide width option as my foot has expanded greatly after pregnancy. They were definitely not extra wide width. I can barely get my foot in and they’re extremely painful. I can’t size up because then the shoe would flop off my foot so I’m screwed. I needed them for a school interview and now I have to find something I already have in my closet because these cause me so much pain.

They are comfortable and look nice on your foot. The toe is very pointy, but the heel is just the right height.

Comfortable

Beautiful pumps. Very comfortable if any pumps are really comfy. I have a previously broken little toe on left which makes it difficult for me to wear any enclosed toe pump. So, all things considered, yes this is pretty comfy even over my disfigured little toe.
