Not true to size

I was so excited about these shoes! I tried them on once they arrived, and they were too big- both width and length, which has never happened to me before. I am a true to size 9. I must now return them and pay the shipping. I am reluctant to try another 1-2 different sizes in case I must again return them and pay again for shipping the return. I am disappointed that it is so hard to purchase this brand in an actual store where I can try them on.

Not comfortable

It's not comfortable--hurt/blistered my feet and I have to use band aid for days. Definitely NOT for me.

Synthetic lining cracks

This is an elegant looking shoe, but does not last past 5 times of wear. I own 3 pairs and the synthetic lining on each cracked. The outside is leather, but the inside does not hold up. Spend your money on better quality brand shoes. They are out there.
