Did not recieve what I ordered

I never recieved this order. I recieved a pair of boots that were a different style and size. The package had my shipping label on one side, and a shipping label for someone named Amy from another province.

No regrets

Unexpectedly comfortable for the heel height. They are super stylish and professional. Great for work or going out. They fit my calves perfectly, which is a nice change. They are also very well made, with high quality material. If you need a wide calf boot these are the ones!

Beautiful, but don’t work for me

The boots looked beautiful, but they don’t stay up at all. I reached out to the team to ask if there is a way to make them stay up, and I never heard back. I’ve bought way less expensive boots that have worked better for me.

Quality and Comfort

These extra wide calf boots are the first that fit over my muscular calves with minimal bunching, although they do bunch a small bit mid-shin/calf. Most stretch boots I've tried bunch at the ankle but with the zipper all the way to the knee, these fit much better. They are quite wide at the knee, so if you walk quickly and have a narrower stance, be prepared for the zipper pulls to clink together and make your walk jingle (with joy). The block heel is comfortable and a good height for all day comfort (even with walking and standing) and the leather feels quality.

Sizing chart is wrong, way too big

Way too big. The measurements listed in the size chart are way off. The boots I received were 20 inches diameter rather than 18. The size chart needs to be corrected. The boots themselves looked really nice, but I can’t wear them and will have to return them.

Not wide and no size option for Extra wide calf

I ordered size 6, wide calf (almost 17in) and couldn't zip them half way through.. Forget about style, I've never been able to find a pair of high boots that fits my calves so I had really high hopes with this pair and was waiting patiently for the package to come (even if it was delayed) but ended up really disappointed. Extra wide calf doesn't even exist in size 6, NONE of the high boots exist in extra wide calf for size 6. I feel the measurements needs to be be reviewed, your designers need to take in consideration that some individuals are shorter so the calves are wider but can start lower from taller individuals. Unfortunately it costs money to return them where I don't even have another similar option to pick from.
