Brand new but destroyed

I have only worn these a few times and just found out there is damage and peeling on the front. I've made sure to be careful with them, considering I bought them for the holidays. At first, I thought they were so comfortable, but now disappointed since they were so expensive. I expected better quality from the Naturalizer brand.

Comfortable BUT....

There are nice shoes--comfortable at first wearing, HOWEVER: the leather upper, is prone to easy scruffing--if you are up and down on your feet, chasing after little ones, or on the floor alot , and have the shoe on your foot tunred downward, as you kneel, and you in any way scrape or run the toe of the shoe on a hard surface, like concrete, hard flooring or rough surface outside it will peel, scruff and be damaged. I bought a new pair, since my existings ones had this bruised two area on both shoes; withi 7 days of visiting grandkids, the new shoes looked like the old shoes due to this tendency and poor durability in the toe of the leather upper. SO, these shoes are great if you plan to be very very gentle with them in your daily life!

Very Happy with Naturalizer Kelly Ballet Flat

I purchased this shoe in black leather recently. I am very pleased with the quality and comfort of this shoe. My feet are quite particular because of a medical condition and I find these ballet flats to be quite comfortable. I’m so glad that I bought them.
