Inconsistent Sizing

I have these shoes in red, size 7 1/2 and love them. Very comfortable. So I ordered another pair in black 7 1/2. They are too big. I walk right out of them. How can the same style but different color fit so differently?

Terrible

I tried several times to call and inform Macy's I would not be able to pick up the shoes on 12/19/2025, but could on 12/20/2025. I was put on hold twice and no one ever came back to my call. I also tried the chat and they were not able to assist me, it was useless. Terrible, terrible customer service I will not be placing orders again.

Naturalize ballet flats ( light bronze)

Received this today and I am somewhat disappointed with this pair of shoes because you sent me one that was obviously returned by someone else. No paper wrapper in the box and what you normally insert in the pair of shoes. I am returning this because it’s tight on me anyway.
